Shipping costs for large items : Larger products such as furniture, XXL rattan lamps or non-divisible parasols are delivered by us or by an external party (these cannot be sent for normal postage). A delivery appointment will be made with you. The delivery costs are € 65 within the Netherlands with the exception of the islands (a surcharge applies) . In exceptional cases, the delivery time of furniture may take 1 to 6 months, of course you will be informed in time and this usually concerns Pre-Order items where this is clearly indicated with the product. We reserve the right to (partially) cancel/credit deliveries that do not cover costs.
Free collection Free collection is always possible (by appointment) at our warehouse in Lelystad.
Dissolving and returning the purchase You have the option of dissolving the distance purchasewithin 14 daysafter delivery without giving reasons. After reporting a return, you have 14 days to return the order. Returns are possible as long as we receive the product unused, in new condition and carefully packaged. We will transfer the purchase amount including initial shipping costs within 14 days, but never before receipt of your return. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you use the postal return label sent by us, these costs will be deducted.Purchases at Loods 5 are delivered and returned under the terms of delivery applicable at Loods 5.
Do you have a return? Send an email to sales@balistyling.com. You will receive the instructions to follow and/or a PostNL return label within 2 working days . Please note: if you use a hotmail/outlook email address, it often happens that our messages end up in your spam filter, please check this because we always respond to your messages!
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are equal to the initial shipping costs if you use a return label sent by us. Of course you can also choose to pay the postage directly at PostNL. Free returns Free returns are possible if you return the goods yourself within 14 days (by appointment) to our warehouse in Lelystad.
Never accept visibly damaged packages from PostNL. Refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. When in doubt (e.g. slight damage to packaging/box), always take photos of the unopened box/packaging with the shipping label visible. Always report shipping damage to us within 7 days of receipt and immediately include photos of damaged packaging and the damaged product. This enables us to claim shipping damage from PostNL in time .
*NOTE: if the package has to be sent outside the Netherlands, please choose the relevant country, if you do not do that, the order will be canceled afterwards.
