Larger products such as furniture, XXL rattan lamps or non-divisible parasols are delivered by us or by an external party (these cannot be sent for normal postage). Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, MyOnlineStore is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Web hosting

Web giant

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Webreus. Webreus processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Webreus has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Webreus is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the &#039;unsubscribe&#039; link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Shipping and logistics

MyParcel

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel to organize shipments and create postal labels of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with MyParcel. MyParcel only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. MyParcel does not ship itself, but uses subcontractors (such as PostNL). MyParcel also makes your data available to these parties for arranging the physical shipment.

PostNL

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. If you share information with us and we use this information - other than at your request - to contact you at a later time, we will ask you for explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

In some cases, Bali Styling VOF can be held on the basis of a legal obligation to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.

Retention periods

We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in response to your order.

Your rights

Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions:∙ Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal
∙ Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

Article 5 - The agreement∙ The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions.
∙ If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the agreement of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the entrepreneur, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.

∙ the conditions under which and the manner in which the consumer can make use of the right of withdrawal, or a clear statement regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal;
∙ the information about warranties and existing after-sales service;
∙ the information included in Article 4 paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions, unless the entrepreneur has already provided this information to the consumer before the execution of the agreement;
∙ the requirements for termination of the agreement if the agreement has a duration of more than one year or is of an indefinite duration.

∙ In the case of a long-term transaction, the provision in the previous paragraph only applies to the first delivery.
∙ Every agreement is entered into under the conditions precedent of sufficient availability of the relevant products.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal∙ When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons during 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
∙ During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal∙ If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne at most.
∙ If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back in good order by the online retailer. Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer gives explicit permission for a different payment method.

Article 9 - The price∙ During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered will not be increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.
∙ Contrary to the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur can offer products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and over which the entrepreneur has no influence, with variable prices. ∙ Price increases within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement are only permitted if they are the result of statutory regulations or provisions.

∙ The warranty does not apply if:the consumer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and/or modified by third parties;
